Secretary at Shri Balkrishna High School Ahmedabad and Trustee at Shri K.B.Dave B.Ed. College, Dist.     PROCESSES:-

    GOVERNING BODY :- This is the apex body of the institute. The function of the body is to steer the institute towards its main mission of effective dissemination of knowledge and its meaningful application to the young mind.

    The body overseas the overall development of the institute, tie ups with the industries and other educational institutions and plays important parts in a major policy decision making process.

     

    CHAIRPERSON :- The chairperson reports to the governing body about the academic and administrative affairs of the institute and seek guidance and support for implementing major policy decision for betterment of the institute.

     

    HON.SECRETARY: - Hon. Secretary implement the decision taken by governing body for the expansion and modernization of the institute.

     

    PRINCIPAL: - The principal takes care of the academic programmes and overseas smooth implementation of statutory policies and practices. He is the administrative head of the institution. He also suggests the development aspect of the institution.

     

    HEAD OF DEPARTMENTS: - H.O.D look after and responsible for concerned depts. And run the dept. smoothly. H.O.D are required to periodically report to the principal.

     

    FACULTY :- The hierarchy of the faculty member each Professor, Asstt. Prof, & Lecturer. The faculties are responsible to follow the syllabi prescribed by the concern university. They have to report the progress to their respective heads of the dept.

     
    # Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs/improvements The student have representation through the student respective council, in the matters  of teaching, hosting of various function as per example : Sports day, Teacher’s day, annual day and other entertainment programmes for the student teacher interaction each faculty allotted different type of activities. Students can meet frequently to the respective faculty.

In future class representative and girls counselor are identified and anti raging and grievance redressal committee have been set up.
